🚔 Calp Local Police carried out 609 gender-based violence interventions in 2025

The Local Police closed 2025 with 609 interventions linked to gender-based violence cases, as part of their prevention, monitoring, and protection efforts in coordination with the Civil Guard and municipal social services.
🔹 57% of the cases recorded in Calp are classified as low risk, with an average of 108 active cases per month. In 2025, only one extreme-risk case was recorded, and so far in 2026, none have been reported.
🔹 In 2025, 490 VPERSS actions were carried out—periodic re-evaluations that allow protection measures to be adjusted based on risk evolution.
🔹 The Town Council also provides the ATEMPRO service, managed through Social Welfare, to strengthen care and monitoring for victims.
