  • 🎹 Next Friday, the #Calp Piano Festival continues with a performance by Congyu Wang.

    Born in Singapore, Wang is an internationally renowned pianist who has received widespread acclaim as an accompanist and chamber musician, as well as for his solo recitals. Among his most notable performances are festivals such as “Château de la Verrerie” (France), the Ernen Music Festival (Switzerland), the Masterclasses of the Geza Anda Piano Festival (Berlin), and the Isang Yun International Academy (Paris).

    🇪🇺 The Calp Town Council is celebrating the third edition of Europe Day this Saturday, 16 May — an event that has become a meeting point for the people of Calp, home to a large and diverse community of European residents.

    🕚 11:00 a.m. – Raising of the European flag at Plaza Colón
    🕐 1:00 p.m. – Reading of the manifesto at La Calalga
    🕜 1:30 p.m. – Giant paella with live music by the Supertonica Band in the La Calalga parking area

    🎉 Everyone is invited!

  • 🌹 Solidarity flower offering organized by the House of Andalusia of #Calpe in support of the Association of People with Disabilities of Calpe.

    🕚 11 a.m. - Rociera Mass at the parish of Our Lady of the Snows with the choir Sentimiento Andaluz
    🕛 12 p.m. - Collection of donations and offering of carnations to decorate the Cross 🌺 + performance by the dance groups of the House of Andalusia of Calpe 💃
    🕑 2 p.m. - Gastronomic gathering at the Almogávares kábila (c/ de l’Ermita, 18) 🍲 Open to the general public.
    👉 You can bring your dish from 10 a.m. onwards. Bar service will be available!
    🎗️ All donations will go entirely to ADICALP.

    🌳⛰️On the occasion of the European Day of Natural Parks, the Parc Natural del Penyal d'Ifac has organized a guided tour of the medieval settlement of Ifach, where visitors will learn about its history and discover all the findings that the MARQ. Museo Arqueológico de Alicante has uncovered over the last 20 years.
